Lets start of by stating that this recipe is  DE-licious! I am a huge fan of banana bread, huge fan of strawberries, and HUGE fan of Greek yogurt! So you can imagine the joy I felt when I stumbled upon this tasty treat.  The Greek yogurt added a rich creamy flavor to the bread and the chunks of strawberries topped it off, turning ordinary banana bread into rich, creamy, heavenly strawberry banana bread bliss.

  • 1 3/4 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar (or honey)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 oz Chobani Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
=1 Loaf
Note: For mine I used whole wheat flour to be a little healthier (and the hubby didn’t even notice!) but white flour works too :)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Start by combining flour, baking powder, and salt in a small mixing bowl, set aside.
  2. In a separate large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork until they are gooey
  3. Add eggs and sugar… mix thoroughly.
  4. Add Greek yogurt and vanilla
  5. Whisk until everything is well combined and there are no lumps.
  6. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined. Fold in the fresh strawberries!
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan
  8. Put into the oven and bake for one hour, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Transfer to a cooling rack and let the bread cool for at least ten minutes before slicing.

This is THE BEST stuff when baking cakes, breads, muffins etc. Just spray this miracle spray before you pour and your bread slides out of the pan like butter every time!
